Jonathan Winters graduated from CSLB and got his JD from Western State University College of Law. He attended the Trial Lawyer’s College conducted by Gerry Spence.

He opened his own practice in 2001 and has always represented the plaintiff’s side. Over the years, he has built a reputation of integrity and tenacity. He has over 20 years of professional experience in Civil Complex Cases of Real Estate, Mold Litigation and Appellate Litigation.

Along with his team, he limits the number of cases, so he can focus entirely on each one. He currently practices Employment Law and Personal Injury.

As an underdog advocate, Attorney Winters takes pride in his ability to aggressively represent his clients to achieve the best possible result. He is often asked to take on cases that other attorneys will not. His creative approach helps him to develop a winning story.
